 I just found out some good news. Sam was able to create an emotion generator for me to eat from.

He also has a treatment that will strengthen my bones to help me recover from old breaks.

Hey, I think Katara's headed to the med-bay. She was pretty bad when she was down here at the Outsider's HQ, but I did my best healing her, but she didn't give me much time, so can you keep an eye on her? 

 I would like you both to go to Zetta's training session. It should be helpful. I am only one opponent, but there are many on any battlefield. Prinnies may be weaker, but there will be hordes, adding some challenge.
